Maintenance of Certification Late Fee Policy
Approved February 2008

1. MOC diplomates are subject to a $100.00 late fee for each annual invoice not paid by the due date shown on the invoice.
2. For 2008, each MOC diplomate will be given a one-time opportunity to pay past-due amounts without assessment of the late fee. Payments must be received by the ABR by December 31, 2008. Any payment received after December 31, 2008 will be considered late, and the $100.00 late fee will apply.
3. All subsequent invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice, or the $100.00 late fee will apply.
