How to Opt Out of Continuing Certification

To opt out of Continuing Certification on your ABR certificate:
- Log in to myABR.
- Under public reporting, select “Manage Certificates.”
- Select “End Maintenance” and follow the prompts.
Please note:
- You do not have to pay your Continuing Certification annual fee, but it will remain on your account and will need to be paid if you decide to regain certification.
- Opting out of Continuing Certification means you will not be reported as ABR certified if you have a continuous certificate.
- With a lifetime certificate, you’ll stay certified by the ABR even if you opt out of Continuing Certification.
