Continuing Certification Update: Diplomates Share Their Thoughts on OLA
June 2026;19(3):11
Online Longitudinal Assessment (OLA) was introduced to diagnostic radiology diplomates in 2019 and to their colleagues in interventional radiology, medical physics, and radiation oncology the following year. The platform, which serves to satisfy Part 3 of Continuing Certification, has been popular. More than 15.6 million answers to OLA questions have been submitted over the past seven-plus years.
We asked diplomates from all four specialties we certify to talk about OLA for this video series. Their opinions are shared here, including comparisons of the longitudinal nature of OLA to a point-in-time exam.
Please contact us at communications@theabr.org if you have thoughts about OLA or this video series.
