Requirements
- Fellowship position must be ACGME-accredited.
- Fellowship training must be documented by a fellowship certificate or a letter from the program director.
- Practice experience must be verified by a letter from the chief of service or department chair. The letter must be on institution letterhead, including dates and percentage of time devoted to neuroradiology.
- Evidence of a current state medical license with an expiration date must be provided.
- Before submitting a subspecialty application, any outstanding ABR fees must be paid in full.

Recognition of Successful Diplomates
Successful ABR diplomates are awarded a continuous ABR subspecialty certificate in neuroradiology.Continuing Certification (MOC)
Continuous subspecialty certification in neuroradiology is contingent upon meeting the requirements of the ABR’s Continuing Certification (MOC) program.
